Bioneer Participates in ‘Medical Japan Osaka 2025’ to Strengthen Entry into the Japanese Market
Bioneer announced on the 10th that it participated in Medical Japan Osaka 2025, held in Osaka, Japan, from March 5 to 7, to accelerate its entry into the Japanese market.
At the exhibition, Bioneer showcased its on-site molecular diagnostic device, IRON-qPCR™, and its hair loss cosmetic brand, CosmeRNA™, while actively building a cooperative network with local companies. The company received significant interest and positive responses from local experts regarding diagnostic kits for tuberculosis, antibiotic resistance, respiratory diseases, and hair loss, confirming the potential for market expansion in Japan.
Medical Japan is Japan’s largest exhibition for medical devices and healthcare, attracting over 400 companies and 15,000 industry professionals from more than 20 countries. This year, the event also included medical digital transformation (DX) and IT, addressing a broader range of industry needs and serving as a key platform for global companies to identify medical trends and business opportunities.
During the exhibition, Bioneer held in-depth meetings with key buyers and partners in Japan, gathering extensive information on regulatory conditions, market competition, and industry trends. The company also explored various collaboration opportunities to establish a stable distribution network and expand its local presence.
Bioneer had already secured a Japanese patent for CosmeRNA™’s key ingredient in January and successfully launched online sales through Amazon Japan last year following product registration with Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Moving forward, the company plans to expand into offline sales channels by forming strategic partnerships with leading distributors and specialized dermatology and hair loss clinics.
