CosmeRNA Hair Care Serum Launches Sales on Naver Mall
Bioneer announced on the 10th that its hair care serum brand “CosmeRNA,” developed based on Bioneer’s proprietary substance patents, is expanding its distribution channels to open markets following the launch of its official domestic online mall, marking a full-scale entry into the Korean market.
CosmeRNA is a scalp and hair conditioning serum developed based on Bioneer’s RNA platform technology and global substance patents. In 2024, it received top honors in the hair product category at the Cosmoprof Awards, held at the global beauty exhibition in Bologna, Italy, demonstrating its product competitiveness. Research outcomes related to the product’s development were published in the international academic journal Scientific Reports, validating its technological differentiation.
First introduced in December last year through the official domestic direct-to-consumer online store, CosmeRNA is a scalp care product recommended for use once a week by both men and women. Its ease of use, supporting regular scalp care even amid busy daily routines, has attracted consumer attention. To expand touchpoints with domestic consumers, Bioneer is strengthening its online distribution network and, as part of this effort, opened a Naver Store on February 10, with plans to gradually expand sales channels to major domestic open markets.
While the product has so far been offered primarily through the company’s own online store in Korea, the expansion into open markets aims to provide consumers with a more familiar and convenient platform to purchase CosmeRNA, while strengthening engagement through various promotions and content.
A Bioneer official stated, “CosmeRNA is a scalp care serum that has been recognized overseas for its technology and product quality, and we are preparing to expand customer touchpoints in Korea so that more consumers can experience it,” adding, “Going forward, we will continue to provide differentiated customer value based on our accumulated biotechnology expertise and steadily expand domestic distribution channels with a focus on online platforms.” ###
